Our guides include commands, queries and configuration examples. These are intended to be read-only and are written and reviewed with that intention. They are provided for information, and any reader who runs them does so at their own discretion and on their own systems.
Readers are responsible for understanding what a command does before running it, for the suitability of any technique described, and for the consequences of applying it. Figures, thresholds and worked examples are illustrative, are drawn from constructed scenarios rather than from any client engagement, and will not correspond to any particular environment.

This website uses no cookies, no local storage and no third-party analytics. Nothing is written to your device.
We record which pages are read, which searches are run, and which services are asked about, in order to improve the site. Visitor identifiers are derived from a salted hash that is rotated daily and destroyed shortly afterwards, so activity cannot be linked across days. IP addresses are used in memory to resolve a country and are not stored. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are honoured.
Information submitted through the enquiry form is used to respond to the enquiry and is held in our ticket system. It is not passed to advertising networks or data brokers.
